Zucchini Velouté


Serves 6

Zucchini, pea and mint velouté with savoury granola

Contains: nuts, seeds

 Ingredients: Zucchini, peas, mint, cream, flour, oats, salt, Parmeggiano Reggiano, butter, pumpkin seeds



Cooking instructions: In a saucepan, on medium heat, whilst stirring bring up to the boil.  Portion the soup and top with the granola and fresh herbs.
