Rolled Pork


Serves 6

Rolled pork shoulder stuffed with pistachios, pancetta, pork mince and tarragon, served with choucroute and honey mustard sauce

Contains: nuts, mustard seeds, sulphur

 Ingredients:Pork Shoulder, Tarragon, Bacon, Breadcrumbs, Pistachio, Onions, Garlic, Cream, Honey, Wholegrain Mustard, White Wine



Cooking instructions: Place the container in the pre-heated oven at 165 degrees, covered with foil, and let it heat for approximately 20 minutes.  Let it rest for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving.
