Braised Lamb Shanks


Serves 6

Red wine braised lamb shanks and braising jus

Contains: sulphur, dairy, lactose, celery

 Ingredients: Slow cooked lamb shanks, Vin de Bourgogne, Mirepoix (celery, carrots, onions, garlic), Bouquet Garni (bay leaves, thyme, tarragon, rosemary), peppercorns



Cooking instructions: In a saucepan, on medium heat, whilst stirring bring up to the boil.  Portion the soup and top with the granola and fresh herbs.
