Serves 6

Truffled leek and potato soup, sourdough Gruyère croutons

Contains: gluten, lactose, dairy

 Ingredients: Leeks, Yukon Gold potatoes, Onion, Garlic, Butter, Olive oil, Sourdough, Gruyère cheese, Chives, Thyme, Truffle, Cream



Cooking instructions: In a saucepan, on medium heat, whilst stirring bring up to the boil.  Portion the soup and top with croutons and fresh herbs.
