Many might argue that eating healthy is all about calories in and calories out, reducing food merely as an essential fuel to get you through the day. We beg to differ.

At Plan H we know that the first step in getting our clients to eat well is to actually look forward to meal time and be able to enjoy foods you actually enjoy.

We offer a daily selection of foods tailored across all plans and dietary requirements, split across breakfast, snacks and main meals. Through the members' portal, Plan H subscribers can pre-order their preferred dishes, by simply selecting their daily choices. Alternatively, if no dishes are chosen, the system will auto select meals, factoring in allergens, dislikes and dietary requirements.
