We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team!


As a Chef De Partie you are responsible in supporting the management in delivering high-quality food by ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of great food and exceptional service.


  •  Follow the instructions from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
  • Consult & coordinate daily with management on the daily requirements and any last minute events.
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment whilst establishing and maintaining effective inter-departmental working relationships.
  • Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
  • Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim.
  • Check periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items.
  • Responsible for supervising junior staff.
  • Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
  • Should be able to set an example to others for proper usage of uniforms, personal hygiene and cleanliness on and off duty.
  • Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.
  • Assess quality control and adhere to service standards.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management.
  • Plating & monitoring the food portions on completed dishes according to standards.


  • Have a high standard of spoken and written English.
  • Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.

  • At least 2 years' experience cooking in a well-established restaurant and/or minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.

A reliable Delivery Driver, who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting our items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off our food packages while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.

To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.


  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
  • Accepting payments for delivered items.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Able to perform additional duties as requested by management as and when required.

  • Have a valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
